    2. NOTES OF OFFICERS GROUP MEETING

    Minutes from the last Officers Group meeting were discussed and agreed.

    3. MINUTES OF STAKEHOLDER FORUM.

    The minutes from the Stakeholder Forum were discussed and noted.

    4. MINUTES OF THE JOINT MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE.

    The minutes from the JMC held on the 10th June 2008, were discussed and noted.

    5. PARK MANAGER'S UPDATE.

    The Park Manager updated members of the group on developments since his last report.

    Discussions focussed on the impact which the current global financial crisis was having on business. This had been preceded by poor summer weather which had also impacted on visitor figures.

    The Park Manager updated the group on visitor and ticketing trends at Staunton during the year to date. It was noted that in the current financial climate setting ticket prices for the 2009/10 financial year would be challenging.

    6. TREASURER'S UPDATE.

    Mike Walls updated the group on the outline financial performance for the 2008/09 financial year to date.
