1) Summary

The following decision was made:

1.1. That a disposal of Woodend/Copse Hill, Andover be approved on the basis outlined in the report and that the Acting Director of Property Business and Regulatory Services (Interim Head of Estates) be authorised to settle detailed terms and conditions.

2) Reasons for the decision

2.1. This property is surplus to County Council requirements.

2.2. The proposed transaction will result in capital receipt from disposal of this surplus asset

2.3. The proposal will support the corporate priorities by enhancing our quality of place by allowing a redevelopment of the site with new homes meeting the Code for Sustainable Homes' standards.
