    1.1. Agree the current financial issues and the management actions that are being undertaken to address them within the 2008/09 budget.

    1.2. Agree the issues and latest financial position of the Wessex Youth Offending Team and the Comprehensive CAMHS Commissioning Trust.

    2.1. Decisions on Children's Services revenue, expenditure and capital programmes impact on the financial resources available to this service to contribute to the following corporate strategy aims:
