2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All members who believe they have a personal or a prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the Fire Authority's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with Paragraph 12 of the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

To confirm the Minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 23 October 2008.

5. BUDGET MONITORING: 3RD QUARTER 2008/09
To consider the report of the Treasurer and the Chief Officer setting out the latest budget position of the Authority.
6. UPDATED DRAFT BUDGET 2009/10
To consider the report of the Treasurer and the Chief Officer on the updated draft budget for 2009/10.
7. POLICY ON TREATMENT OF CASH INVESTMENT CAPITAL LOSSES
To consider the report of the Treasurer and the Chief Officer outlining a proposed policy on the treatment of cash investment capital losses.
8. DISPOSAL OF COPNOR FIRE STATION
To consider the report of the Chief Officer on the disposal of Copnor Fire Station.
9. HFRS RESPONSE TO PROCUREMENT STRATEGY 2008-11
To note the report of the Chief Officer on the HFRS response to the National Procurement Strategy for Fire and Rescue Services 2008/11.
10. CANCELLATION OF MEETING 24 JUNE 2009
To note that the meeting of the Committee scheduled for 24 June 2009 will no longer take place, as membership will be decided at the meeting of the full authority on 24 June 2009. Any items due to go to the Committee will be discussed at the full authority.
