2 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code. To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment on the revenue budget for the coming year onwards, and to make any observations or offer advice thereon to the Executive Member for Environment.

To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment on the capital programme for the coming year onwards.

8 LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN : LTP2 PROGRESS REPORT

The Executive Member for Environment and the Officers to report on progress with implementing the recommendations.

The Chairman to update the Committee on progress with this current scrutiny review.

To receive the updated work programme for the Committee.
