    The following decisions were made:

 

    1.1. That the amended Integrated Transport Programme, set out in the appendix, be approved.

 

    1.2. That the actions being taken to manage expenditure be approved.

 

2) Reasons for the decision

    These are the reasons for this decision being made, including any links to the corporate strategy.

    2.1. Scheme delivery programmes have changed and some schemes need to be rescheduled as a result.

    2.2. Financial regulations require the capital programme to be regularly monitored and for corrective action to be taken, if necessary, to control expenditure within current approvals.
