2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Recreation and Heritage on the Revenue Budget for the coming year onwards, to receive a presentation on salient issues, and to make any observations or offer advice thereon to the Executive Member for Recreation, Heritage and Communities.
6. CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2009/10 ONWARDS (To follow)
To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Recreation and Heritage on the capital programme for the coming year onwards.
7. CHARITABLE OUTDOOR CENTRES - FINAL REPORT
To consider the report of the Chief Executive's Scrutiny Officer on the further review undertaken relating to charitable outdoor and field study centre.
8. HARD TO REACH GROUPS
To Chairman and Scrutiny Officer to report to the Committee on progress with this current review.
9. LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SERVICE
The Chairman and Scrutiny Officer to report on progress with this completed review.

To consider the report of the Chief Executive's Scrutiny Officer on the way ahead for this Committee's scrutiny topics.
