1. AIMING HIGH FOR DISABLED CHILDREN - REVIEW OF ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services seeking approval to a consultation on revised criteria for disabled children and young people to access specialist services and to proposed changes to the operation of Direct Payment arrangements.

2. FEES AND ALLOWANCES IN RESPECT OF CHILDREN SUPPORTED IN ADOPTION, RESIDENCE AND SPECIAL GUARDIANSHIP ARRANGEMENTS, KINSHIP PLACEMENTS, FOSTER CARE AND FAMILY LINK FOR 2009/10
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services seeking approval to increasing the County Council's fees and allowances payable in respect of children who cannot be cared for by their parents and who need to be cared for away from home, and in respect of disabled children who are supported to remain at home, with regular respite care provided by others.
3. YOUTH OPPORTUNITY FUND GRANTS 2008/2009
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services seeking approval to a number of Youth Opportunity Fund grant applications.
4. SINGLE TENDER FOR SPECIALIST CHILD ADOLESCENT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services on a proposal to give the CAMHS Trust, Single Tender Approval to contract for a transitional period of 1 year with the four current providers of specialist CAMHS in Hampshire.
5. APPROVAL OF HAMPSHIRE YOUNG CARERS STRATEGY 2009-2012
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services seeking approval to the Hampshire Young Carers Strategy 2009-2012.
6. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE OF THE HAMPSHIRE'S FOSTERING SERVICE
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services seeking approval to the updated Statement of Purposes of the Fostering Service.
