The following decision was made:

1.1. That partnership funding totalling £19,976 as listed below be approved for allocation from the Community Buildings Fund for 2008/09.

	Hall/Centre District £ Emsworth Community Centre Havant 4,115 Forest Community Centre East Hampshire 772 Headley Down Community Centre East Hampshire 1,926 Hurstbourne Priors Village Hall Basingstoke and Deane 2,986 Ibsley Village Hall New Forest 4,376 Rookesbury Hall, Newtown Winchester 2,975 Springwood Community Centre Havant 1,626 St John's Church, Rownhams Test Valley 1,200 Total 19,976

	2) Reasons for the decision
	2.1. To support organisations that seek to enable local people to meet the recreational, educational, social, cultural and environmental needs of their local communities and to achieve the aim of the Corporate Priority - enhancing our quality of place by improving community buildings to provide excellent local facilities.

	3) Other options considered and rejected:

	3.1. allocating partnership funding at higher and lower levels.

	3.2. allocating no partnership funding at all.
