5 STATE OF THE ENVIRONMENT IN HAMPSHIRE

To receive a presentation by Jim Barker, Environment Agency, on issues relating to Hampshire's environment, and on partnership working arrangements between the Agency and the County Council.

6 PROJECT INTEGRA ACTION PLAN

To consider a report on progress by the Director of Environment.

7 WINTER EMERGENCY

To consider a briefing note by the Director of Environment on the County Council's response to the severe weather conditions over the winter period in January and February, 2009.

8 SCRUTINY REVIEWS

    (a) Lyndhurst By-Pass

    To receive an update on progress with the recommendations from this completed scrutiny.

    (b) State of Hampshire Roads

    To receive an update on progress with the recommendations 2(a) and (b) from this completed scrutiny.

    (c) Road Infrastructure and Housing Growth

    To receive an oral update on progress with this current scrutiny.

9 SCRUTINY ANNUAL REPORT

To receive the section of the scrutiny annual report relating to the work of the Environment and Transportation Select Committee.
