1.1. That the Tripartite Agreement and the new Service Level Agreement be agreed.

2) Reasons for the decision

2.1. The decision is in support of the aim of improving services by ensuring that the waste disposal and Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) contracts are managed effectively and that the client authorities are able to work positively in a collaborative way to realise operational and financial efficiencies.
