Executive Decision Record:

1) The Decision:

1.1. That the attached draft project Integra Action Plan 2009-2014 "It's Not Just Waste" be approved, subject to:

i) minor changes to text;

ii) satisfactory resolution of concerns regarding capacity to deliver the plan raised in 1.3 of the Executive Summary. These concerns were echoed by the Environment and Transportation Select Committee, which felt unable to fully scrutinise the Action Plan due to the absence of information in Section 5 on Responsibility and Timescales relating to Key Work Streams;

and the Project Integra Strategic Board being advised of these concerns.

2) Reasons for the decision:

2.1. To enable the Project Integra Action Plan 2009-2014 "It's Not Just Waste" to be adopted by the Project Integra Strategic Board and in turn enable the vision and long term strategy to be progressed.

2.2. This decision will enable continued improvement and efficiency to waste management practices and facilities in Hampshire.

3.1. The Action Plan has been developed in consultation with all Project Integra partners.
