        To consider a report of the Acting Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services recommending approval of the design proposals for the conversion of Meadowlands Junior School to a one-form entry primary school.

        To consider a report of the Acting Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services recommending new procurement initiatives relating to the delivery of building construction work and maintenance of the Corporate Estate.

        To receive a report of the Acting Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services concerning progress on the Ashburton Court, Children's Centre and Building Schools for the Future (BSF) projects.

    14. CIVIL ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT STRATEGY

        To receive a report of the Director of Environment concerning a contract strategy to procure highways, transport and wider civil engineering related professional services for the Environment department.

    15. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

      Recommendation:

        That in relation to the following item the public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during the item there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.
