1) Summary

The following decision was made:

1.1 That the programmes of NDS and Landlord's capital repairs for 2009/10 as set out in Appendices 1 and 2 of the report to the Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel of 31 March 2009 be approved.

2) Reasons for the decision

2.1 The use of NDS Condition Fund monies will improve the quality of school buildings in Hampshire maximising the well being of users of the buildings and enhancing the quality of place.
