1) Summary

The following decision was made:

1.1. That authority be given to the Acting Director of Property Business and Regulatory Services (Interim Head of Estates) to negotiate and agree suitable terms and conditions in respect of any leases, licences or other appropriate agreements required in the provision of accommodation for the delivery of Integrated Learning Disability Services.

2) Reason for the decision

2.1. To ratify the recommendation of the Executive Member for Adult Social Care on 19 December 2008 as set out in 1.1 above.

2.2. To enable the provision of accommodation associated with the setting up and operation of an Integrated Learning Disability Service with the Hampshire Partnership (NHS) Trust (HPT) for the delivery of health and social care services to adults with learning disabilities and support to their families.

a) That individual reports are brought to the Executive Member Policy and Resources for approval as and when terms are agreed in respect of each property.
