1) Summary

The following decision is proposed:

1.1. That the adoption of the Annual Strategic Plan for 2009/10 be approved.

2) Reasons for the decision

2.1. To provide a framework and strategy against which revenue maintenance, capital reports and NDS funds should be allocated.

2.2. The review and updating of the Strategy for the Built Estate ensures that resources are targeted at key areas and enhances the quality and safety of the County Council's built estate.
