1) Summary
The following decisions are proposed:

a) The proposed allocations for the 2009/10 revenue and capital budgets as set out in Appendices 3 and 4 of the report to the Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel of 31 March 2009 be approved. b) The proposed virement of £75,000 of the capital repairs carry-forward in 2009/10 to revenue associated with the roll-out of Hantsfile be approved.

2) Reasons for the decision
	2.1. To ensure that the resources for repairs are used in accordance with the Property Strategy and to maximise value for money. 2.2 The Capital Repairs programme provides funding to improve County Council buildings and provide improved learning and safe environments, which benefits all users of the services.
