Summary | |

The Code of Practice Relating to Contracts requires the Chief Officer to submit an annual report to the Authority giving details of proposed contracts for goods and services where each contract value is likely to exceed £50,000. The Authority may, on presentation of this report, vary or exclude the operation of any of the Authority's Standing Orders or the Code of Practice. | |

This report lists the contracts proposed to be let and details of the contracts awarded last year. All proposed contracts are funded either from the approved capital programme or specific revenue budgets. | |

Further analysis supports the business case to continue to exploit the benefits of the existing SAP platform, provided to us under contract by Hampshire County Council. |
