1. The decision:
a) That the revised Aalborg scores summarised in the appendix be ratified.
b) That the overall improvement targets to 2015/16 set out in paragraph 6.1 of the main report be re-confirmed.
c) That the 10 Aalborg improvement priorities for 2009/10 shown in the appendix be agreed.
2. Reasons for the decision:
2.1. Annual report to Cabinet on Council's progress on sustainability as measured against the Aalborg Commitments.

3.1. Option 1: Not to report to Cabinet.
Risk Assessment: Rejected as sustainability is core to Council objectives and a key component of Comprehensive Area Assessment.
