2) Reasons for the decision:

2.1. To support community associations who seek to enable local people to meet the recreational, educational, social, cultural and environmental needs of their local communities.

2.2. by supporting these organisations in their work and through working in partnership with them, the Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs department helps to achieve the Corporate Priority - enhancing our quality of place by helping community associations to provide excellent local facilities.
