That the design proposal for a new theatre at Wildern School, Hedge End, at an estimated total cost of £3,800,000 (including fees of £495,000) be approved.

2.1. The proposed scheme will maximise wellbeing and enhance the quality of place by providing a purpose-built theatre facility for use by local schools and the community.
