a) To allocate the Community Strategy Budget, as detailed in the report, to support the delivery of the Hampshire Sustainable Community Strategy ambitions and Local Area Agreement (LAA) targets, including capacity building initiatives to support partnership activity and community planning processes, addressing inequalities and regeneration activity to the following areas:

· District Local Strategic Partnerships (LSPs)

· Community Safety

· Local Community planning processes

· Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) Capacity and Diversity projects

· The Interfaith network

· Inequality and community development

· Partnership management costs

2. Reason(s) for the decision:

2.1. To support partnership delivery of the Hampshire Sustainable Community Strategy ambitions and the Local Area Agreement (LAA) targets.

3.1. Continue current process for allocation of the Community Strategy budget on an individual item basis.
