1.1. That the consultation response attached as Appendix B to the report be approved subject to amendments to pages 6, 7 and 8 as outlined in the minutes of the meeting, and

1.2. That the Leader approves the final response for submission by 28 July 2009.

2.1. The consultation is an opportunity to give the County Council's opinions of freedoms and flexibilities and its experiences of the new local government landscape of MAAs, LAAs, power of well-being and the Sustainable Communities Act.
