5 DEPUTATIONS

The Regulatory Committee has approved a scheme which involves the suspension of Standing Order 21 to allow Members to ask questions of deputees. Standing Order 21 will be suspended to allow questions of clarification of facts to be put to all deputations on an agenda item. Questions from Committee Members will be asked through the Chairman who may seek the advice of the Committee's legal and the other advisers as appropriate : the Chairman's decision on a question will be final. Local Members who request to speak at Committee may also be asked questions.

    To consider the report of the Head of Planning and Development on an application for planning permission for the siting of one double modular building and associated car parking provision to enable the relocation of the Clifford Centre (Special Teaching Service) from the existing site next to Abbotswood Junior School, Totton, to land on Abbotswood School for a temporary period. relocation of the Clifford Centre to land at Abbotswood Junior School, Ringwood Road, Totton.

10 PROPOSAL TO MAKE A DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER TO RECORD A PATH BETWEEN MARLANDS LANE AND THE A32 IN THE PARISH OF WEST MEON AS A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY

    To consider the report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs on a proposal for a Definitive Map Modification Order to be made to record a path between Marlands Land and the A32 in the parish of West Meon as a public right of way.

11 PROPOSAL TO MAKE A DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER TO CORRECT THE LINE OF OVER WALLOP FOOTPATH 3

    To consider the report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs on a proposal for a Definitive Map Modification Order to be made to correct the line of Over Wallop Footpath 3.

12 APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF LAND AT MENGHAM PARK, HAYLING ISLAND AS TOWN OR VILLAGE GREEN

    To consider the report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs on an application to register land at Mengham Park as town or village green.

13 APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF LAND AT BRAMLEY AS TOWN OR VILLAGE GREEN

    To consider the report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs on an application to register land at Bramley as town or village green.
