5 PROGRESS REPORT ON THE BEST VALUE REVIEW OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

To consider the report of the Chief Officer about the progress of work to reduce the environmental impact of the Service.

6 ANNUAL SUMMARY - PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AUDIT REPORT 2008/09

To consider the report of the Chief Officer summarising the progress made since the introduction of the Service Delivery (SD) performance management audit in April, 2008.

7 PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

To receive the report of the Chief Officer highlighting the performance indicator data for the first quarter of the current year 2009/10.

8 OPERATIONAL ASSESSMENT

To receive the report of the Chief Officer about how Operational Assessment sits within the Audit Commission's new assessment framework for the Fire and Rescue Sector.

9 THE NOTTINGHAM DECLARATION ON CLIMATE CHANGE

To consider the report of the Chief Officer on a proposal to support a recommendation that the Authority endorse the Nottingham Declaration on climate change.
