1) The Decision:

1.1. That the financial, performance and workforce monitoring information be noted.

1.2. That it be a recommendation to Cabinet that £5,897,000 be added to the Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs Capital Programme for 2009/10 for the Runways End Project - which is funded by Central Government - subject to project appraisal before the scheme is implemented.

2) Reasons for the decision

2.1. Regular budget and performance monitoring reports are submitted to the Executive Member throughout the year to confirm that managerial action is being taken to achieve a balanced budget position and that performance is improved. This report summarises the position for 2009/10.
