Subject: Transport for South Hampshire Budget Monitoring Report 2009/10

1. Summary

1.1 The following decisions are sought:

      That the Joint Committee:

      (i) notes the current forecast outturn for revenue and capital budgets for the 2009/10 financial year; and

      (ii) agrees the adjusted revenue budget allocation after securing additional funding from the Highways Agency of £50,000 and from the South East England Partnership Board of £350,000.

2. Reason

2.1 The report presents the Joint Committee the outcome of a budget monitoring review for the 2009/10 financial year, which was carried out in consultation with the various budget holders.
