1.2. Receive a detailed progress report on the key activity, spending pressures and recovery plan actions at the next Decision Day.
1.3. Note the latest financial position of the Wessex Youth Offending Team and the Hampshire CAMHS Commissioning Partnership.

2.1. Decisions on Children's Services revenue, expenditure and capital programmes impact on the financial resources available to this service to contribute to the following corporate strategy aims:
