1. The decision: (PROPOSED)
1.1. That the proposed re-profiling of £0.5m from 2009/10 to 2010/11 as set out in paragraphs 3.8-3.10 of the report to Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel of 2 October 2009 be approved.
1.2. That the various additions to the programme as set out in Appendix 3 of the report to Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel of 2 October 2009 be approved.
2. Reason(s) for the decision:
To ensure that the resources for repairs are used in accordance with the Property Strategy and to maximise value-for-money. The Capital Repairs programme provides funding to improve County Council buildings and provide better learning and safe environments, which benefits all users of services.
