1. Executive Summary
1.1. As part of the service planning process, and in support of the Corporate Priority of Maximising wellbeing, the Annual Report reviews the activities and key achievements of the Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs Department during the year 2008/09.
1.2. The attached Annual Report has been produced by the Marketing Team with contributions from staff across the Department.
2. Recommendations:
2.1 That the Culture, Communities and Rural Affairs Annual Report be approved and circulated to all Members of the County Council, the Corporate Management Team, partners, all appropriate local authorities and interested parties.
