1.1. That the strategy and initial publication with respect to CCRA engagement with children, schools and young people be approved.

2) Reasons for the decision

2.1. As part of the Department's role to provide for Children and Young People within Hampshire, it is necessary for a cross cutting and holistic approach to schools, teachers and education services to be in place. This report summaries progress to date with respect to the CCRA Learning Outside the Classroom offer to schools, presents the initial documentation now available to schools, and seeks approval for additional work to be done during 2010 and 2011
