1.1. That partnership funding totalling £19,500 as listed below be approved for allocation from the Community Buildings Fund for 2009/10.
	Hall/Centre District £ Catisfield Memorial Hall Trust Fareham 12,500 Curdridge Reading Rooms Winchester 500 Froyle Village Hall East Hampshire 6,500 TOTAL 19,500

	2) Reasons for the decision
	2.1. To support organisations that seek to enable local people to meet the recreational, educational, social, cultural and environmental needs of their local communities and to achieve the aim of the Corporate Priority - enhancing our quality of place by improving community buildings to provide excellent local facilities.

	3) Other options considered and rejected:

3.1. allocating partnership funding at higher and lower levels.

3.2. allocating no partnership funding at all.
