That Councillor Keith Chapman and Honorary Alderman Woodhall be appointed as County Council representatives on the Silchester Roman Town Joint Advisory Panel for the remainder of the term of office to May 2013.
2. Reason(s) for the decision:
2.1. To maintain County Council representation on committees and bodies within the community. The vacation has arisen following the sad passing of Honorary Alderman Dudley Keep who was the County Council's representative.
