a) That the Executive Member Policy and Resources approves the appointment of the Executive Member for Environment as Cabinet Sponsor for the Whitehill-Bordon development proposals and to be the County Council's representative on the Whitehill-Bordon Opportunity Executive Group.

2. Reason(s) for the decision:

2.1. To secure the regeneration of Whitehill-Bordon after the Army Garrison closes and to enhance the quality of services available, the design of the town and to meet the environmental and climate change objectives of the County Council.
