1. The decision:
1.1. That the Executive Member approves a grant of £660 to cover the transport costs incurred by three schools in the South Totton and Marchwood area when a number of their pupils attended a visit by Princess Anne to Southampton.
2. Reason(s) for the decision:
2.1. To enable school pupils to attend the homecoming, from Afghanistan, of the 17 Port and Maritime Regiment and visit of the Princess Royal to Southampton. The Princess Royal awarded service medals to members of the 17 Port and Maritime Regiment, based in Marchwood.
