1. The decision:
a) That rents charged in respect of Hampshire County Council dwellings let to staff and other tenants remain at their current level with effect from 01 April 2010 for the next 12 months.
2. Reason for the decision:
2.1. It is County Council policy to review the level of rents charged to its residential tenants on 01 April each year, and this has been considered in relation to 2010. The proposal to keep rents at their current level takes account of research undertaken into rents currently being charged in both the public and private sectors.
