1) Summary

The following decision is proposed:

That the Executive Lead Member for Children's Services approves the proposal for an extension at Liphook Infant School, Liphook, at a total estimated cost of £379,000 (including fees of £47,000).

2) Reasons for the decision

The proposed scheme will maximise wellbeing and enhance the quality of place by providing a community room for use by Liphook Infant and Junior Schools and wider community.

The need for the works has been identified as a priority and the works set out in the report are considered to be the most appropriate and cost-effective way of meeting that need.
