a) That the implications of the Vetting and Barring Scheme and the approach of the County Council be endorsed.
2. Reason for the decision:
2.1. This decision supports the following Hampshire County Council priority: "Making Hampshire safer and more secure for all" - by ensuring employees are registered in line with the requirements of the Vetting and Barring Scheme.

3.1. The County Council is required to comply with the requirements of the Vetting and Barring Scheme and to make arrangements to achieve compliance for its employees.
