1. The following decisions were made:
That the Executive Member for Environment makes appointments to fill the vacancies on outside bodies and other organisations as detailed below, with the terms of office for the appointees to expire in May 2013.
a) OUTSIDE BODIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS
Hampshire and Wight Trust for Maritime Archaeology (to fill a vacancy) |

2. Reason(s) for the decision:
2.1. To maintain County Council representation on committees and bodies within the community following the death of a former appointee and, in the case of the North Whitely Development Forum, to make two appointments to a recently established forum where County Council representation is likely to be beneficial.
