Aims and objectives

Service planning objectives: How will we do this?

We will:

    1. provide information on the full range of CCRA services that is coordinated, relevant and easily available

    2. tailor CCRA activities and events to meet older people's needs - a wider choice

    3. work in partnership with others and with older people to improve our services to meet the needs of older people and carers

In addition to 1 - 3 we will :

1. develop our skills through training and working in partnership to improve the way we welcome and work with groups with special needs
