1) The Decision:

1.1. That the Executive Member for Culture and Recreation approves a variation in the fees charged by the Library and Information Service.

2) Reasons for the decision

2.1. It has been two years since the fees charged by the Library and Information Service have been reviewed. Since then the income from fees has continued to decline and the report recommends ways of stemming the decline.
