1.1. That the Executive Lead Member for Children's services approve the attached response to the draft National Commissioning Framework for submission to the DCSF on behalf of Hampshire County Council.
1.2. That the Executive lead member for Children's services approve the distribution of this consultation response to other interested parties as appropriate.
2. Reason(s) for the decision:
2.1. This is a response to a consultation on the future statutory responsibilities of the LA for commissioning post-16 education and training. As such, any response by the local authority must have the approval of the Executive Lead Member for Children's Services.
