That the Executive Member for Policy and Resources approves the 2010/11 Business Plans for the Business Services Group (BSG).

2.1. The Business Plans do not link to the Corporate Priorities but require a decision to enable the four business units of the Business Services Group to operate within the County Council's financial regulations as self funding business units.
