1. The decision:
a) That the update on the Annual strategic Plan 2009-10 be endorsed and the intention to produce an Interim Asset Management Plan for 2010-11 be noted.
2. Reason(s) for the decision:
2.1. To provide a framework and strategy against which revenue maintenance capital reports and New Deals for Schools funds are allocated.
2.2. The review and updating of the Strategy for the Built Estate ensures that resources are targeted at key areas and enhances the quality and safety of the County Council's built estate.
