1.1 The following decision is sought:

That the Joint Committee approves the processes and governance structure for the development of the joint South Hampshire sub-regional strategy for the Local Transport Plan 3 as set out in this report.

2. Reason

2.1 Approval is sought to ensure that suitably robust processes and governance structure are in place for the development of an effective strategy for the sub-region.
