Cognitive Behavioural Approaches

A full day course in the foundations underpinning cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT). Delegates learn to apply the CBT framework to support understanding of their own and others' responses. A range of practical tools, drawing on CBT applications, are shared and practiced, with a focus on using in the context of school and college. Delegates have one follow-up group supervision session to support implementation.
