Courageous Conversations for Leaders
Do you attend meetings where you have to share difficult messages and decisions? Do you facilitate meetings where attendees have differing views and hopes? Do some of these meetings not feel as successful as you hoped they would be? Are you keen to consider how adjusting elements of meetings can lead to more positive outcomes for all?
If so, our new educational psychology course, Courageous Conversations, could be the course for you or one of your colleagues. Through real life examples, positive and applied psychology, two educational psychologists will support you to develop your confidence and skills in:

- Navigating differing perspectives and managing expectations
- Considering and validating thoughts, feelings and actions of attendees
