Supporting Early Career Teachers (ECT)

This specialist course is open to Primary Early Career Teachers (1st or 2nd year). It is designed to equip ECTs with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to effectively support children with additional needs in their classrooms. This course offers a unique blend of training, personalised guidance, and peer collaboration - all aimed at helping ECTs develop their practice and foster inclusive classrooms.
