Since migrating to Arbor in August 2022 we have had support from The Schools Application Support Hub (SASH). The response and speed to which any questions/queries are dealt with is second to none. All the team are totally professional and helpful, spending the time needed to get the resolution to any query raised.
I have used the Schools Application Support Hub on many occasions over the past few years and we have always found them to be helpful and efficient. They are extremely knowledgeable of the system and find the best way to support - either by advising of possible errors verbally or by shadowing and showing best solutions. An invaluable team.
We have used the SASH team for many years. When we migrated from SIMS to Arbor we decided to continue to use them for our MIS support and have had no regrets whatsoever. They are efficient, helpful and always patient, something which is really important, especially if you are not particularly tech-savvy! Really easy to request help and they get back to you the same day. Really happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
We use SIMS as the backbone of our Management Information Systems, the SASH team has always been available to support Kings' when we needed help and guidance for anything SIMS related, The SASH Team are very personable and has an excellent knowledge of SIMS, they would always get back to us and check that the issue had been resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing advice.
