HR Policy and guidance

EPS can provide professional HR advice and support that enables you to manage the capability or attendance issue.

It will help you make informed management decision(s) and take action(s) with due regard to the individual’s wellbeing and operational needs of the organisation.

They can provide additional advice and clarification to you as required and escalate all critical cases (identified through casework processes) that would benefit from multi agency joined up discussion/action as part of a case conference meeting, where appropriate.

Once you have received the occupational health report EPS can provide you with risk-based options to enable you to decide on how to move forward.
